About the opportunity

What you will be doing

•You will generate Rich Business & Product insights leading to constant innovation and ahead-of-the-curve product implementation
•You will successfully implement ‘Consumer-First’ philosophy and lead with suitable research to have consumer understanding as a Key Business Differentiator
Timely identify trends and suggest Business Solves to cater to those trends
Deliver the research projects ensuring business objectives are met w.r.t. TAT and quality
Timely execute research activities- presenting dashboards etc and key actions/ recommendations to be taken forward
Initiate and manage the research agenda for different business functions including international businesses
Understand consumer motivators & barriers with respect to online business, and buying behaviour various MMT products.
Recommend methodology in accordance with accepted best practice guidelines and business needs; or Establish Research Best Practices to suit e-commerce needs
Analyse the research results, data mining from various reports, Trends Tracking, competitor/ market analysis and present dashboards to the business stakeholders, therefore reflecting on insights for key decision making

What you’ll bring to the team:

Your deep intellectual curiosity about consumer behaviour, consumer segments & how this is changing and the drivers for this change; solid business instincts; and a practical understanding of the role that consumer insights plays within organisations
Your experience on Analytical tools like Google Analytics, Alexa, Comscore
Your experience in applied consumer insight and/or market research experience across the breadth of qualitative and quantitative techniques, and wide awareness of new methodologies and approaches
You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
You have experience of online survey tools like Survey Monkey
You have the ability to work across Large; Small & Newly acquired International businesses to help nurture & grow multiple businesses

Sachin Singla

Associate Director Marketing (Analytics)

An IIM Kozhikode alumnus with over 11 years of work experience majorly in the field Advance Analytics. He has worked across Predictive modelling, Fraud detection, Risk analytics, customer analytics across sectors like BFSI, Utility and travel. He currently leads Analytics and Mobile App Marketing at MMT.

Ruchica Tomar

Director Communications

Creative and results-driven communications professional with over 14 years of experience spanning public relations and journalism. Highly attentive to detail while still keeping an eye on the big picture, Ruchica thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
