About the opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for driving the business KPIs
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to collaborate with hotels in order to grow the business 
  • Enhancing and establishing relationship with Hotel leadership for building synergies
  • Continuously tracking and monitoring the competition and preparing benchmark report and plan to bridge gaps
  • Managing operational activities with support from Business Managers to ensure business growth
  • Conducting weekly/monthly competitive analysis for key markets and action opportunities

Amit comes with 17 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Distribution Management, Portfolio Management, Planning & Strategy across E-commerce, Financial Services & FMCG industries. Currently, he is responsible for central functions for Domestic hotels - BD Effectiveness, Internal BD Audits & Compliance, Training, Strategic Initiatives, Analytics and performance management.

Mayank Chopra

Regional Director – North India, Hotel Supply

Mayank comes with 12 years of proven experience in building sales & distribution network from scratch and developing new markets. Currently, he is responsible for managing the business across North India by ensuring healthy supplier relationship, building competitive selection of hotels on the platform and developing strategic tie ups with affiliates and other business to business partners. Additionally, he also heads Go Stays Certification Program for GO MMT.

Vikram Challur

Regional Director, Hotel Supply

Vikram comes with 12 years of hands on experience in sales, business development, key account management and strategy across online retail & online travel industries.He is responsible for growing business & driving business development strategies in Goa & South India for our hotels business.

Pratik Basu

Head – Assisted E commerce, Hotel Supply

Pratik comes with 13 years of hands on sales and business development experience across Insurance and online travel spaces. Currently, He is heading the assisted booking platform where he is responsible of setting up small retail counters for assisted bookings in the major hyper locations.

Director – Alternate Accommodation & Holiday Supply

Vinay has been associated with MakeMyTrip since inception and has grown from managing an area to managing the entire supply for holidays and alternative accommodation business for the company.

Vishal Tripathi

Regional Director – West India, Hotel Supply

Vishal has around 11 years in E-Commerce, Consumer Durables and IT industry with proficiency in Business development, Sales Strategy, Vendor Management, Sales Promotion and Customer Value Creation. Currently, he is responsible for building supplier relations and driving highest standard of supply metrics in the region which includes inventory, price parity, unit economics, fulfilment, extranet adoption and network effects.
