About the opportunity

What you’ll be doing:
  • You will be identifying the Training Need Analysis for the organization and specifically for the region mapped to the trainer and ensure effective delivery of TNA .
  • Conducting new hire orientation sessions and arranging on-the-job training for new hires. 
  • Developing metrics for evaluating training programs calculating instructor performance and providing recommendations for improvement. 
  • Planning, developing, and providing training for employees using various techniques such as classroom training, on the-job training, conferences, workshops, etc. 
  • Identifying, selecting and managing external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers; necessary to deliver required training up to appropriate standards. Handle Vendor-Management, coordinating with vendors for various Training needs. 
  • Developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other learning materials along with assisting in Organizational Development wherever necessary. 
  • Conducting Business Partner engagement programs across various cities, addressing hotel partners & business partners on benefits of adopting to available tech & software. 
  • Planning and delivering training courses personally on a regular basis through Power Hours & Refresher Training Sessions.  
 
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Your cross-functional liaising experience with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; problem handling & solving skills and people management skills.  
  • Go-getter attitude, an aptitude for problem solving, easy going and fun loving by nature
  • You should be an expert of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.

Parikshit spent nearly 8 years with GE in India and was nominated and certified twice in GE's flagship Crotonville Leadership programs -Foundation of Leadership and Building Effective Leadership Skills. He was also certified in 2016 on Business Strategies by Harvard Business School in association with Naspers Academy. An expert in data driven decision making, he is equally adept in devising broad level strategies and then translating them into executable action items. Currently, Parikshit is a part of the core leadership team and is leading the combined India Hotels Business Development, Alternate Accommodation supply, Domestic Holidays supply & Supply Data Sciences teams.

Currently, he is responsible for central functions for Domestic hotels - BD Effectiveness, Internal BD Audits & Compliance, Training, Strategic Initiatives, Analytics and performance management.

Mayank Chopra

Regional Director – North India, Hotel Supply

Mayank comes with 12 years of proven experience in building sales & distribution network from scratch and developing new markets. Currently, he is responsible for managing the business across North India by ensuring healthy supplier relationship, building a competitive selection of hotels on the platform and developing strategic tie-ups with affiliates and other business to business partners. Additionally, he also heads the Go Stays Certification Program for GO-MMT.

Vikram Challur

Vikram comes with 12 years of hands on experience in sales, business development, key account management and strategy across online retail & online travel industries.He is responsible for growing business & driving business development strategies in Goa & South India for our hotels business.

Pratik comes with 13 years of hands on sales and business development experience across Insurance and online travel spaces. Currently, He is heading the assisted booking platform where he is responsible of setting up small retail counters for assisted bookings in the major hyper locations.

Vishal has around 11 years in E-Commerce, Consumer Durables and IT industry with proficiency in Business development, Sales Strategy, Vendor Management, Sales Promotion and Customer Value Creation.
