About the opportunity

What you’ll be doing:
  • You will be responsible for training market managers on the hotelier configuration product i.e. the extranet 
  • You will be responsible for content/ training module creations – Videos, Manuals, Brochures etc
  • Liaison with multiple teams to effectively contribute to the product development 
  • Work on hotelier engagement by end-to-end planning & execution of trainings for the hotels (both domestic & international) 
  • Liaise with managers & HR to determine training needs of the team and take an active part in scheduling HR training sessions for the employees 
  • Take regular feedback from hotels/market managers on feature requirement & work closely with the product team to build 
  • Actively track the new features beings launched in the product & ensure that all market managers are aware of the feature & its functionality 
  • Do regular refresher product training for the team to ensure everyone becomes an expert on the product 
  • Design, develop & execute all kinds of material/content required to effectively disseminate the product knowledge & functionality 
  • Troubleshoot with the teams/ hoteliers on all features & solve them by closely coordinating with the product team 
  • End-to-end planning & execution of internal team events, offsite business reviews, hotelier award ceremonies etc.
