About the opportunity

What you'll be doing:

  • Meeting the Corporate get a lead follow the same provide them with itinerary and products as per their requirement and convert the lead into sale and close.
  • Researching new Corporate and introducing our brand to them- making them aware of the corporate groups and travel we handle and generate leads.
  • Working towards dynamic solutions for corporate, attracting a wide clientele from Corporate for MICE and it is critical to ensure all market segments are penetrated dynamically on a needs basis.
  • Try and connect to different procurement heads in various corporate segments and understand their MICE potential; maintain their data base and prepare prospective plan for every quarter.
  • Meeting corporate on day-to-day basis. Generating new query and converting it effectively into a sale. Giving a description on the particular destinations, which corporate are looking for.
  • Preparing PPT and giving Pictorial presentation for destination knowledge.
  • Follow up, negotiation and try different strategies to close the business.
  • Maintaining cordial relations with clients to sustain the profitability of the business.
  • Short and long-term forecasting, actively participating in the day-to-day operations side of the business if required.
  • Achieve your sales target and thus contribute to annual Team targets and revenue.
  • Works with Corporate sales leaders, to ensure understanding of MICE sell strategy and effective implementation.
  • Entertains high value customers
  • Analyze market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve segment financial goals for designated region / portfolio
  • Managing Sales Activities and Maximizing Revenue
  • Gains understanding segment’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions.

    In this round, we would like to assess you on the functional/ technical requirements of the role. The same could be through a telephonic conversation or a face to face meeting and may include written or online assessments usually to check aptitude.

    In this round, we would like to understand the impact you have created in your previous roles and also understand the depth of your domain knowledge.
